Celsius advocate, Amanda Roy, was featured on Good Morning South Florida, the CBS affiliate in West Palm Beach, FL in a segment titled “Time To Train!” Amanda provided tips on how to speed up your workout in time for summer. Her advice included silencing your cell phone, wearing headphones at the gym, joining a class and stretching in the shower. In regards to what you can eat or drink to help lose weight, she said: “I drink a Celsius before a workout” and “it helps me really kill it for the workout”. It gives me the energy and endurance to get through the workout so I can kick.”
