Fast Track to Fittest highlights: Written by Angeles Burke, Celsius’ Director of Fitness and Wellness and IFBB Pro, the guide explains the 10 week exercise program used in a clinical study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition with sedentary men (20) and women (18).
In the study, half the participants drank one Celsius each day with the program and the other half drank a placebo. The participants who drank one Celsius per day achieved significantly enhanced results over the group who engaged in the exercise alone:

The Program: The program, designed using the American College of Sports Medicine (“ACSM”) recommended guidelines for healthy adults, consists of 5 workouts per week; two days of strength training and three days of cardio. The strength training is a progressive full body workout using nine exercises with one set and 8-12 reps each. The cardio is consists of 3 days of progressive steady state cardio.
