Boca Raton, FL (August 23rd, 2016) – Celsius Holdings, Inc., (OTCQX: CELH) the creator and marketer of Celsius®, the world’s first negative calorie drink backed by clinical science, announced today a renewed 30-month partnership agreement with multi-platinum recording artist Flo Rida, whose songs were voted most popular workout tunes in a survey at one of America’s top fitness clubs. The agreement will include a national advertising campaign, private concerts, surprise appearances, social media integrations, sales and distributor incentives and more. Flo Rida, known not only for his music, but also for his dedication to health and fitness, will also lend his support to a national contest centered on the success of Celsius in the fitness channel, with the grand prize winners receiving a personal training session with the superstar.

This continues Celsius’ highly successful worldwide licensing and endorsement agreement with Flo Rida, which began in March of 2014. Over the past two years, Flo Rida has helped broaden the brand recognition of Celsius through co-branded products, social media support and numerous appearances, including his participation in an exhibition race with Celsius’-sponsored NASCAR driver Blake Koch, the Gold’s Gym Annual Convention, and the Vitamin Shoppe Managers National Conference. Recently, Flo Rida gave an intimate performance at the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS), the largest trade event for the convenience channel drawing more than 24,000 attendees, which led to new distribution agreements with national chains.
