Try this fruit and yogurt parfait recipe as a healthy dessert alternative at your next get together. This yogurt parfait recipe is a great way to satisfy a sweet tooth while staying on track with your health and fitness goals.


4 cups of lite Greek yogurt
1 cup of granola
1 green apple cubed
10 grapes halved
5 quartered strawberries
1 handful of blueberries

Mixing Instructions

In a medium bowl, put in 2 cups of Greek yogurt. Then cut up all of the fruit as described above. Layer all of the diced fruits on top of the yogurt to make a flat surface. Place remaining 2 cups of yogurt on top of fruit in a layer to cover it. Finish off the top with a sprinkle of granola and 2 dashes of cinnamon. Use a see through glass bowl to show off the colorful layers in this dish. It is sure to be a hit and is best served chilled.
