“After 7 hours on my feet teaching 18 students, I drink Celsius to give me a boost of energy to do 2 hour workouts 4-7 days a week. I have been drinking Celsius for a year and it is now a part of my daily routine. For my height, my doctor told me I was overweight so by adding in more training and Celsius, I lost a little bit of weight too! My current goals are to stay healthy and to get more fit. I love taking group fitness classes and below is what a bit of my weekly workout schedule looks like.

Monday: Power Circuit

Tuesday: ZUMBA and Spinning

Wednesday: KICK Aerobics and Zumba

Thursday: SPIN

Friday: High Impact Dancing

Saturday: CORE Fuzion, Spinning and upper body exercise (individual)

Sunday: Yoga

I tried to “diet” but it did not work. I tried diet pills and fad diet drinks too, but they made me hungrier than ever. Instead I added Celsius to my fitness routine and have seen results!
