1/2 Cup Applesauce
1 Cup Stevia
1 Egg White
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tsp Grated Lime Zest
1/4 Cup Lime Juice
2 Scoops Myoplex Lite Vanilla Protein Powder




Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix applesauce, Stevia, egg white and olive oil by hand until smooth. Then stir in lime juice and lime zest. Combine the flour, salt and baking powder; blend all ingredients into creamed mixture. Once mixed well, form dough into 1/2 inch balls with spoon. Place the balls on a lightly greased baking pan and allow to bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Yields 12 cookies-
Per cookie- 90 calories, 2.6 g fat, 14 g carbs, 3.5g protein
