CELSIUS EXPANDS THE CALORIE BURNING BEVERAGE CATEGORY WITH INTRODUCTION OF GREEN TEA

The latest addition expands calorie burning benefits into a non-carbonated option with ready-to-drink teas -- Celsius Green Tea Peach Mango and Celsius Green Tea Raspberry Acai,
available in September 2008.

July 31, 2008 – Delray Beach, FL – Celsius Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: CSUH.OB) announced today Celsius®, the original calorie burning beverage, now introduces two Green Teas: Peach Mango and Raspberry Acai. Celsius Green Tea Peach Mango and Celsius Green Tea Raspberry Acai offer the same benefits and great taste as sparkling Celsius, which burn up to 100 calories or more per can, by raising metabolism over a 3-hour period generating increased energy and alertness.
Ready-to-drink (RTD) Celsius Green Tea Peach Mango and Celsius Green Tea Raspberry Acai have been created to meet the consumers’ increasing awareness of the many health benefits that Green Teas offer. RTD teas are a $7.4 billion beverage category growing at 30% over the past year and expected to reach $15 billion by 2012.
