I take the single-serving blender container with me when I leave the house. The beauty of making smoothies is that the possibilities are endless! Strawberry Banana Nut Smoothie Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries 
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein powder
1 cup Ice
3 cups of water


Directions:

Place all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth consistency. Add more water for looser consistency. Get creative and please share your own favorite recipes with the Celsius community.
