At my largest I was 291 pound. I knew that I needed to make a lifestyle change. I was able to lose 60 pounds by cutting soda and alcohol and making healthier food choices. Eventually, I came to a plateau and knew I had to start working out if I wanted to continue to lose weight, but I didn't have the energy.
