At my largest I was 291 pound. I knew that I needed to make a lifestyle change.  I was able to lose 60 pounds by cutting soda and alcohol and making healthier food choices. Eventually, I came to a plateau and knew I had to start working out if I wanted to continue to lose weight, but I didn't have the energy.

While watching TV, I saw a show about a study on Celsius and thought I would give it a try. Currently, I drink Celsius 15 minutes before I work out and I can tell that it works! I have more energy and I sweat so much more when I drink it. I have lost an additional 45 pounds.  Only 35 more pounds to drop until I hit my goal weight! I am confident that Celsius will help get me there!
