Move It to Lose It 90-Day ChallengeWe’re excited to introduce you to Zak. As he gets started, here's what he hopes to accomplish in the next 90 days…
 

“My name is Zak and I am 22 years old. I was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL.  I grew up around bodybuilders and football players, so I love weight lifting and fitness. I am 6 feet tall and I currently weigh 285 lbs. During the 90-day Coaching Program with Celsius and Angeles, I would like to get "cut." I have a big frame so I have always been told I will never be “skinny,” which is fine because one of my goals is to lose my gut and gain muscles. That has nothing to do with being “skinny” – I want to be FIT! Right now, my daily meals are very random. I sometimes do not eat breakfast and sometimes I only eat 1-2 meals a day. When I do eat, I enjoy steak, veggies, salads, grilled chicken, brown rice, black beans and fish. Sometimes I will use a protein shake as a meal replacement. For training, I like to do power lifting. I try to do 30-60 minutes of cardio on the elliptical when I am done with my lifting.”
